Title: Issues with HDMI Output on A20 Board
Post by: samjones on December 14, 2024, 01:53:34 PM
I'm experiencing issues with the HDMI output on my A20 board when trying to connect it to an external monitor. The display is either not detected or shows a distorted image. Has anyone encountered similar problems? What troubleshooting steps or configurations have you found effective in resolving HDMI output issues?

Which A20 board exactly do you own? What Linux image are you using on the SD card? Are you using Olimage?

I own the Olimex A20-OLinuXino-MICRO board. Currently, I'm using the Debian Linux image on the SD card, specifically the latest version available from the Olimex website. I am not using Olimage at the moment.

What does this even mean? The latest version is Olimage, refer to this document on what is the recommended image and where to get it from:
