UEXT power with 32u4

Hi,
I would like to use UEXT modules, but need D8 pin for other purposes than UEXT power management.
How can I leave UEXT powered at all times ? Cutting the FET3_E link does not seem to do the job (no voltage on pin1 of the UEXT connector)

Hey arc310,

You can connect the source and the drain of the transistor FET3 (zoom the schematic in its UEXT part - S and D marks are printed). This way there will always be 3.3V on the UEXT.
