eth0 interface not enabled on Debian image

Hi all,

just a note that in the latest Debian image the eth0 interface isn't enabled by default.
Everything works fine with a few added lines into /etc/network/interfaces following this guide:
https://wiki.debian.org/NetworkConfiguration

could this go into the FAQ please?
