Is there a way to attach PNG files to a post?

There have been a few instances where I had a screen shot or a logic analyzer capture that I wanted to attach, but I can not figure out how to do it.
Is it possible?

It is a photo and video sharing service that lets you easily upload, link, and share your images and videos.
