Using LINE_IN on A10s under Android

My previous post on this subject received a helpful answer on how to do it with Linux, but I need to be able to use the LINE_IN socket on my A10s board with the stock Android 4.0.4 image that came pre-installed (I have the version with 4GB NAND).

So if you know of an app that can record from LINE_IN, or that can route LINE_IN audio to AUDIO_OUT, then please let me know.

I also need to know how to select LINE_IN programatically from an Android Java app, so any help with that would also be appreciated.
