Future of linux kernel on A10S

as indicated here , allwinner stop the sw support of A10S https://www.olimex.com/forum/index.php?topic=2209.0
but does sunxi schedule a new kernel (3.1x) release ?

my guess is, that they will try to get more functions into the mainline kernel:

The A10S is supported in mainline kernel since 3.11. I tried it once and it worked but many functions and drivers were missing.

As the A10 is very close to the A10S i think they will support it at least for some years from now.

The next sunxi-kernel will probably be 3.10 but i havent tried it yet:

A10S is same as A13 (both chips have same CPU ID) so everything for A13 will work on A10S too
