Nothing on a screen(A13)

I have bought a board Olinuxino A13 Rev.E (no wifi) and an SD card with a Debian pre-installed.
The power supply is 12V 1A and is connected via on-board connector. Only red-LED is on.
The SD card is not a NAND(compatible with this board), and loads on a PC in Windows.
There is nothing on a VGA screen, and the VGA screen led is flickering with green, like there is no signal, but VGA-cable is attached.
What is strange that the coil on a board seems very hot, it's not possible to touch it for a long time.
Tested voltages on a board, everything seems ok - I have 3.4 and a 5.2 voltages on a board, where 2 other capacitors should be.
Tested 3 VGA LCD's, changed params on a flash - still nothing happens.
If I press home, power the board and insert USB, the Windows finds a new device, but it's impossible to find a driver for it.
I have no UART communication device.

What should I do? Is the board alive?
