Hi all. Has anyone tried using XBMC (either standalone or otherwise) on the A10 board? If so, have they had any success?

Using the Debian / XFCE environment that came installed on the box we bought, I installed XBMC from the Debian repository. The installation went fine, naturally, but it runs so slowly that it is unusable.
Video playback with Mplayer is slow also.

Does the most recently-advertised image on the Olimex wiki ( https://www.olimex.com/wiki/A10-OLinuXino-LIME#Official_Images_from_OLIMEX ) have video acceleration working 'out of the box'?

(Perhaps the operating system pre-installed on the box we received was just an older image - without hardware-acceleration enabled.)
