OLinuXino-LIME - add some LED's below HDMI

Hi!

Please add some LED's below HDMI to the OLinuXino-LIME boards which can be controlled by the user.
Of course that would also imply an updated faceplate for the OLinuXino-LIME case.

This would allow for eg. linking one LED with the heartbeat function which is currently only shown on the onboard LED, and so one.
