power consumption vs imx233

Does anyone know which has lower power consumption: the olinuxino a13 or the imx233? I realize that the a13 version is much faster but assuming that both will sufffice for my purposes, which could I run to have the lowest power consumption?
I know that the A13 is at a 55nm process, while the imx233 is at a 90nm process.
