mjpg-streamer + C920 webcam
but I am unable to use hardware compression chamber
1280s720 = 40Mbit / s
how to get 1280s720 = 2 Mbit / s
Help is very necessary !!!

MJPG-streamer converts your camera pictures to JPG images, the way to get a lower bitrate is a smaller picture (less pixels), or slow down the frame-rate (less refreshing)

so find a way to make the camera produce a smaller picture

Then why objasnit Raspberry Pi c 1280x720 settings creates a flow 2.5Mbt / s

what size is the jpeg picture you are streaming ?

I do not know the size but pretty sure that the case hardware compression chamber s920 in jpeg
when the processor attempts to compress the A20 immediately CPU load of 100%.
how it is achieved in hardware compression chamber do not understand!
