Pb driver AVR-ISP500-ISO Win 7 64

Hello,

i have bought avr-isp500-iso,
i have installed the driver
i see the com port (4)in the device manager
but when i want to use the olimex always i have the same message
                the port com is not available !


please, have you an idea about this problem ?
