Dual Screen, one Touchscreen, other just Display, Touchscreen Pointer is shifted

Hi,

I have a A20 with 7" Touchscreen Display und Debian 3.90. When I just connect one Screen (Touchscreen), the pointing of the Touchscreen works perfectly. But if a second Screen is connected, the Touchscreen is shifted by the proportions of the second screen, but I just need to use the touchscreen. The other Screen should be just controlled by scripts.

Has anybody any idea (I think it is sth around the xorg.conf or the scripts which are loaded instead the xorg.conf) how I can limit the touchscreen just to its own screen-area?
