How to put together ESP 8266 EVB and MOD-MP3-X

Hello,
I want to interface both modules:
1- what would be the wiring?
2- can I play mp3 files "from Lan"?
3- can I "upload" files to the SD-Card? (with some code)
4- What would be the "outline" of the code I should write (where? Arm or ESP)?
