Olimex 328 and avrdude: stk500_getsync() error

Hi,

I am new in forum and i am not a specialist of arduino (OLIMEX 328).
I have received an olimex 328 in, december and I have test it with blink example and it was OK. I have just received EKG-EMG card and it's not possible to test blink program. Something strange is red light and green light are always on and when I press reset button light are on. I have got error :
