Can't read LRADC (Reading 5V at 3.0V TP)

I wasn't able to detect any keypresses using 'sun4i-keyboard' module. At times, I would read random input events (using evtest).

I thought this was a software issue and tried a lot of software related fixes, but in vain.
Then I decided to verify the voltage that the ADC was getting, and I measure ~5V at a 3.0V test point. This happens with only one of my A20 micro boards.
I can confirm that the board boots fine, and everything else works just fine.

Has anyone experienced this issue before?
What might be the reason for this?
