A20 Android VGA

Hi,
I have a problem configuring Android 4.2 to work with VGA display port. After some search I found this link: https://www.olimex.com/Products/Components/Cables/A20-VGA-CABLE/ where it says that, on A20, Android with VGA is not supported.

Is there an update/fix for this and if not what is the chepest way to convert LCD or HDMI to VGA?
