USB host enable/disable power

Hi. I have this board " A20-OLinuXIno-LIME2"

In the Schematic I notice that USB is connect SY6250, the pin 4 (EN) USBx-DRV is drive to ARM.

My question is , How to drive with bash or python this pin for enable or disable power in usb host?

USB2-DRV and USB1-DRV are GPIO PH3 and PH6 if you assign a pin to them in the fex file you should be able to change them in bash
