MOD-RS485-ISO as tty device

Hello everybody,

is it possible to get the MOD-RS485-ISO working as a TTY device (/dev/ttyX)? And how?
I need to port an existing project to the AM3352-SOM-EVB board and the whole project uses TTY to communicate via RS485.
