Android compile - java.lang.outofmemoryerror java heap space

Hello,
I receive this error while trying to compile android for olinuxino A20:
"exception in thread main java.lang.outofmemoryerror java heap space"
I use original android source and kernel from olimex wiki.
OS - Ubuntu 12.04 installed on virual machine and java 1.6.
Can someone help me?
