Olimex Mod-GPS module

We are using the Mod-GPS module. We would like to turn off all sentences except the GGA and retain this setting across power cycles. We are using the u-center application (see attached picture). Does the Olimex have non-volatile memory? If so, which type?

MOD-GPS has no non-volatile memory. Consider a back-up battery to avoid power downs.

You can save and load configurations between power downs by using GNSS configuration, refer to "8.4 GNSS configuration" from the user's manual of U-center (here: https://www.u-blox.com/sites/default/files/u-center_UserGuide_%28UBX-13005250%29.pdf ).
