How to upgrade from Wheezy to Jessie or Stretch

Hello

I have an A13 running a couple of years 'till now, using olimex image with Wheezy

I'd like to upgrade to Jessie o Stretch. There is software and data  installed I'd like to preserve

I've tryed to perform apt-get dist-upgrade, but result on some error regarding udev versions

In the process I've installed a "transition" limux-image (linux-image-vexpress), but it seems still a step is missing

My PC is 32bit, so I can't build a new A13 image, even

And as far as I know there's no compiled A13 jessie (or stretch) image, am I wrong ?

Is this possible ?, to upgrade from Wheezy ?
