iostat tool for kernel 3.4

Hi All,
I'm using 3.4.103 kernel.
I need iostat tool, but it is not included in the provided file system.
Is ti possible to install it ?
And how ?

I try to use "apt-get update" and "apt-get install sysstat" but repositories seems not available

If it doesn't work via the sudo apt-get install, then try to install it from the sources, there are instructions at the bottom of the repo for the tool:
