Using UEXT from BBC basic on AgonLight2

I'm hoping to use the nunchuck controller connected to the Agon Light via UEXT. Is there any documentation / tutorial or Z80 or Basic example code on how to communicate through the UEXT connected device(s) on an AgonLight 2?

Specifically, where can I find how to set the specific registers on the I2C controller?

Thank you for the pointers to more information. That will allow me to go start experimenting. After I get it somewhat working my medium term goal is to use the nunchuck in a bitmap painting program :-)
