Extension bus connectors for iCE40HX8K-EVB

I see Olimex sells the https://www.olimex.com/Products/Components/Connectors/FEMALE-YAV36P-2x20/ connectors which will mate with the .05"-pitch pin extension bus headers on the iCE40HX8K-EVB, but they are surface-mount PCB connectors. Has anyone come up with a good way to use these? Thanks.
