ESP32 POE ISO usb power [SOLVED]

Hallo using the basic example provided for ethernet I get

So before I start debugging, can the Ethernet por be powered over the USB connection, I cannot see any led on the ethernet port of the switch turning on  when connected.

I can confirm now that it can be supplied directly from the USB port.
