usb debugging

Is it possible to enable the USB debugging via debug console at uart0 ?

I don't have any other io device that i can connect to the board, as of now.

Ok the previous post was stupid.

The board comes with usb debugging enabled by default.

I thought that the usb debugging was disabled, because i used to get this reply when i ran adb devices

    no permissions.
