ttySx on Debian Image R2

With 4 UARTs activated in the fex/bin file, only /dev/ttyS0 is available in the A20 Debian Image R2. How can I create ttyS1-3? The fex/bin file is tested OK with Fedora 19 (https://lists.fedoraproject.org/pipermail/devel/2013-July/186140.html).

Pheraps it's a matter of kernel , must be enabled 8 uarts before building.
Take a "zcat /proc/config.gz" while runnng fedora and paste config file here.
