[Debian R3] LCD Touchscreen calibration

As mentioned in another thread, the LCD touchscreen works out of the box with the new image (Debian r3).
No need to follow these instructions anymore.

There's only one thing that needs manual fixing in r3:
in /usr/share/X11/xorg.conf.d/20-ts.conf,
edit the "Width" and "Height" values to what your screen actually has (480 and 272 respectively for the 4.3 inch) and save.
