Android A20-OLinuXino-TOOLS - MOD-IO2

I am using Android A20-OLinuXino-TOOLS to test MOD-IO2
The app correctly find the device on /dev/i2c-2 at address 0x48 but now ... in the MOD-IO2 documentation is stated that to set the relays on the board, i should write value 0x40 and parameter 0x03 at the device address that default to 0xA0.
The question is: what i have to input in the fields [Address] [Register] [Data] and [Bytes] to execute the write?
I tried any combination of the above data but without success.
Some hints?
