a Arduino MEGA like Board in well known Olimex quality with the obligate improvements like lowpower dcdc, LiPoCharger and industrial temperature range... would be great!

Totally agree! For us who makes more complicated sketches with request for more ram, eeprom and uarts the low power industrial grade arduino mega is the hole in the market. Or Olimexino DUE with ARM Cortex-M3 CPU. What you guess for this idea?
