PWR_LED is on under boot.

Hey guys!

I got my A20 today. 
I have tried to flash a image to the mSD, but it seems i have problem.

Then i insert the mSD and turn on the power. The PWR_LED keeps being red. What does that stands for?
Is it a failure on the board or on the mSD?

The POWER LED as it's name implies, indicates external power and will be ON when there is external power. On my A20 it is on when I have power connected to the DC jack. If I remove power and run on the battery, the LED is off.

It is not controlled by the processor. It is connected direct to the output of the 5V power supply.
