I'm new in the forum.

I want to know if it's posible to use UART0 port with terminal console (hyperterminal Windows 7 for example) ?

I try it and it doesn't works.

Yes, it's possible use a Windows terminal.
As alternative you can use Putty for Windows:

Is important to use a 3.3V interface UART, as this:
