programmer for ATMEL isp AND jtag

hello,
I want to know wich programmer choose for 2 operations on atmel products:

- program a ATMEGA2560 on board with ISP port.
- program a CPLD ATF1508 with JTAG on board.

is programmer can manage the 2 differents standard ??
if  i need 2 programmers, what is the best choice. (not so expansive of course)
