debugging A13 with JTAG

Hi All,
I am successfully programming the A13 without an OS.
which i documented in the wiki here

I am interested to run code in debug mode using jtag. It looks like Henrik Nordstrom is doing this while developing uboot as can be seen here

Does anyone know how to set this up?
