ghosting on VGA screen

Hi Everybody,

I bought some (some hundred) A20 boards.
I tested it with HDMI and it works properly.
I tried it with VGA monitor but the quality of picture on monitor is poor. I see the shape of images more times, for example there is a circle on screen and I see the phantom view of this next to original circle.

How can I eliminate it? Does anyone have experience with this?
