A20 Micro.No poweroff when power jack and battery are connected at the same time

Hello.
When i do poweroff and power jack and battery are connected at the same time.
poweroff does reboot.
Any idea for to can poweroff?

No familiar with Debian but this has been asked before but not sure if there was a solution.

It must be a driver issue as Android shuts down with both connected.
