A20 is not booting anymore..strange

Hello all
I had olimex A20 with sd Debian
All worked fine
And suddenly it doesnt boot anymore!
I turned it on and nothing happens
I even cant read something from UART (DEBUG PORT) bootloader
Seems like bootloader doesnt run at all!
But i have LED1 (GPIO LED) blinking some time after turn on.And after some time it doesnt blink

I tried several SD cards and without it A20 should be loading Android
But nothing happens

Very strange...what can be the cause?
Bootloader erased somehow? (because of turn offs?)

I will try to do something and write more information about it

Firstly i will try to flash it with Phoenix Suite

Cant flash with Phoenix!
Cause it cant be recognized via USB at all
Seems like Fatality

I just got two A20 boards, both were booting fine, then overnight, both stopped. Only have the red led on, power is getting to ethernet port (can see the LEDs flashing) but nothing else - its as if the SDcard slot can't be seen. It is NOT a problem with the image on the card.

Any ideas anyone?
