Need SHIELD-EKG-EMG software adaptation for ATMega2560

Has anyone adapted the SHIELD-EKG-EMG to run on the Arduino ATMega2560 processor?  Is there a generic set of changes that apply to all adaptations such as this?

I have been given only a few hours to get the module running and I noticed that it was designed for the '328 (UNO) device but we only have 2560 devices available.
