ESP32-GATEWAY ping

Hello

I have one of this ESP32-GATEWAY boards and I like to use it to ping my local network for all IP address and if possible get machine names for all active devices, like in the Windows "ping -a <ip address>" to get machine/device name.
Please, if possible, I need help with this project and if possible example code.
