JTAG:ARM-USB-OCD-H + LPC2378

Hi all,
I've the board lpc-p2378, eclipse helios and the jtag arm-usb-ocd-h.
I'm using Windows XP and the openocd0.6.1.
I installed the Olimex-ODS-9.0-revK
When I run the ARM-USB-OCD-H to programming tha board
I have always the:
Error: EmbeddedICE v7 handling might be broken.
and I can't use the debugger.
I didn't upload yet the board with the tool FlashMagic.
Must I change the JTAG? 
Has someone fixed this problem.
