lxde can't acces buttons and empty menu with a new user

Hi all ....

I run with original 7-TS lcd display connected to A20-OlinuXino Micro

I'm 2 problems with lxde (title)
When i start with olimex user i have apps in left menu (start menu), but when i create a new user account, the left menu are empty.
I try with xfce with a new user account menu apps show classic apps

Second problem.

In some windows,the bottom buttons are masked whith task bar, i try to minimise task bar for best acces to buttons but they are also masked by the window.

Where can i find help please ?
