i'm having project and i'm looking for some factory to do multilayer PCB suitable for BGA,

does anybody know some cost effective factory for PCB ?

What are you looking for? PCB design or PCB fab of your own design?

PCB fab of your design I'd recommend www.dfrobot.com for 4 layer if your design meets their capability. Email manufacturiing@dfrobot.com for a quote for a custom board that doesn't meet the online ordering capability. Great service and quality. I use them all the time.

Need the boards made and populated I recommend Myro PCB for this. They will happily do small quantities too. For example, I've done just 5 boards with them before. You pay a little more but the client paid for them
