TV turns on after boot

Hi i recently bought A20 Lime2. I have it connected to TV trough HDMI running Debian.
My problem is that tv turns on after lime2 boots. (probably HDMI-CEC). How to change that and how to take advantage of HDMI-CEC feature on Debian.
