Updated STM32-H405

Updated STM32-H405, uses a micro-usb port, SWD instead of JTAG, and toss in a STM32F7.
Why? 
- Smaller than a discovery board and has USB (The 64 pin Nucleo boards don't have USB connector)
- The height of the USB B plug and the JTAG height can be lowered.
- If using STM32F7, move to a LQFP 100 and add use 20x2 pins. 
- keep the same size as STM32-H405
