Serial access over USB on MOD-LCD4.3

Hello,
I have a MOD LCD4.3 and I need serial access over USB to it as I need to grant Flash Magic access to it. This is obviously necessary as I have screwed up my Flash due to malicious clocking settings and cannot gain access over other JTAG interfaces. As USB access to FTDI does not seem to be possible per standard, please tell me what is necessary to do so.
