Node-Red on Olinuxino A20 Lime

Hello!
I am a complete beginner trying to develop an Industrial IOT product. I am trying to install Node-red on the A20-Lime.
But as of now, I have not succeeded in installing Node.js, which is a prerequisite for node-red.
Any guides or pointers on how to install node.js on the Lime will be helpful.
