SLC mode

How do I choose SLC mode on the A20-OLinuXino-LIME2-eMMC?

I can't find any information about it.

In short - we also don't know. Unfortunately, we haven't tested it at all. As you noticed, there isn't a lot of information on how to configure it, whether it is supported natively by Linux or whether you need patches, etc. Overall, I would think that it is not very popular or very well understood mode of operation.

I would suggest asking Micrel directly about it and whether they can forward more information or documents your way.
