MOD-WIFI-AR9271 problem on Lime2

Hi,
One of my Lime2 boards has a problem with the wifi dongle (MOD-WIFI-AR9271). After a reboot it takes a couple of hours before it actually is detected and the modules (ath) are loaded.

after the modules are loaded I need to ifup wlan0 and the wifi connection is activated. In the dmesg output below the board is booted on 22/12 around 21hrs. The wifi-dongle is recognized by the usb system at 23/12 at 04:15:46
At 08:50:57 the device is actually inactivated again:

Is this a problem of drivers, the wifi-dongle or the USB system on the board? I have the same setup (Lime2+AR9271) which has no problem.
