ESP32-EVB Rev H not booting via PWR1 (Arduino Libraries)

Hello,

We've been using the previous revisions of the ESP32-EVB.  We just ordered a new batch from DigiKey, and with Revision H, our boards lock up (not sure whats happening because I cannot connect serial while powered via +5v DC jack, and we do not have a JTAG).

Is this a known issue with Rev H?  Can we somehow order previous revision boards?

If this helps, I have learned if i power via DC, then press RST1, the program will load...
